Countertop Care
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. For heavier soiling, dish soap can be used — then rinse with water and dry. Avoid strongly acidic cleaning agents, as they may damage the surface coating.
Stains from red wine, soy sauce, etc. will not damage the countertop, but should not be left for more than a few days. It is also recommended not to place hot pots directly on the surface immediately after cooking — to avoid burning residue from the bottom of the cookware.
